Parent Coaches:
good to plan ahead once you know the kids and their abilities and desires

make sure gear is returned (need to take a look inside and outside building)
make sure skier gear is stowed away during program
clean up touring center after program (garbage picked up, furniture put back in place, may need to vacuum, collect items left behind and put into BKL lost and found)

verbal and writing announcement regarding skier responsibilities
create groups signs for skiers to gather by (each group will have a name/number)
organize skiers/coaches
measure and create trail loops (to also help ski for ks program)

communication (email/telephone/paper)
registration/ski swap (explain changes)
handouts (including calendar of events)
inventory gear at center
skier information list for touring center (for emergencies)

Future Meetings:
I would like to meet with parent coaches in the beginning of November when registration is complete and I know the groups.
I would like to meet with a core group in September to finalize the calendar and handouts to be given during registration. Who is the core group??
